- The order enters the system as soon as you “Check Out”.
- The “cut-off” time for same-day order entry is 12pm – all orders placed after 12pm will start their production time on the following business day.
- If design service is requested:
- Please allow 24-48 hours for initial proofs and for each revision requested.
- Proof approval & requested changes using provided links will allow for the fastest processing time – response via email may delay your order.
- The estimated turnaround is noted on each product.
- Please note that turnarounds noted are estimated – for firm in-hands dates please contact a customer service representative.
- Turnaround time does not include graphics time, or shipping time (this is only production time).
- Failure to upload a file, or follow print guidelines may delay your order.
- Once the proof is approved the job goes to production, if changes are needed after proof approval there will be additional fees.
- If your order is shipping – please know that packages will be processed with UPS the day following completion of your order.

- We print digitally in Black & White.
- This capability allows for grayscale printing of text and graphics.
- To ensure the most accurate print, please submit artwork to be printed in black or grayscale in black or grayscale format. (It will be easier for you to predict the output of artwork submitted in this format than that of artwork submitted in full color).
- CMYK stands for Cyan / Magenta / Yellow / Black.
- We print in “Full-Color” or “CMYK” Digitally.
- For the most solid & predictable color coverage we recommend always using “Composite” colors.
- This means that the CMYK values for each color in your text or graphics consists of values in each CMYK field (ex: image below).
- For richest black we recommend using CMYK Values: C-60 / M-40 / Y-40 / K-100.
- While we print Digitally in Black or CMYK, Spot Colors / PMS / Pantones may be used in any document submitted for Full-color printing.
- Pantones will allow for the closest color match possible in your digital prints (unless it is a custom spot color that is not in the standard Pantone color system).
- We try to remain as consistent as possible from order to order.
- If you have concerns about the resolution on your file please contact us prior to placing your order online, as files will be sent to production as submitted.
- Recommended Resolution is 150dpi or higher.
- On large graphics it is imperative that you submit in 150dpi or higher at actual size.
- Files submitted online should conform to the recommended guidelines / layout for that specific product.
- Make sure that you send your file at actual size, with bleed added where applicable.
- Keep in mind that anything submitted that does not conform to the guidelines will not be guaranteed as a finished product.
- These are files that we will print from directly, if you have designed an item yourself.
- These should always be provided in .pdf format (Word Documents, .jpegs, Power Point files, etc can not be printed from directly and will require graphics work to process, possibly resulting in additional fees)
- Please refer to the appropriate item template when designing for size and print margin specifications.
- Submit artwork once with all pages in a single file.
- These are files that our graphics department will use to create designs for you.
- Many file types may be used here, .ai, .eps, .svg are preferable for logos / graphic elements, and .jpegs are preferred for photos. (see file resolution notes below):
- Create your artwork at actual size / sized at 100% (with the exception of large graphics like signs that may be designed at 1/10 scale).
- You should always set your document to design in CMYK – designing in RGB will not provide as true a representation for your final print as it will undergo a color shift for digital printing
- Vector artwork will provide the most clear print and in some cases allow for more accurate color management.
- If providing rasterized files 150dpi or higher is recommended – anything lower may show pixilation when printed at actual size.
- When working with transparencies please be sure to flatten / rasterize your artwork prior to submitting to help prevent any unexpected print issues.
- Please convert all text to “curves” or “create outlines” to help ensure there are no font conversion issues.
- Please refer to product templates for appropriate bleed, margin & layout specifications (click here to access product templates).
- Safe Print Margins range from 0.125” to 0.25” depending on the product.
- Bleed is required for products that will have a design extending all the way to the cut edge – this helps to ensure a more accurate cut on your piece.
- Bleed required on your file ranges from 0.125” to 0.5” depending on the product.
- Please submit or upload all files in .pdf format – file processing & proofing fees may apply for files submitted in other formats.
- If ordering online:
- Add your file to the order using the “Upload your Files” section. Select the “Choose Files” button to browse and select a file from your computer or mobile device.
- If you have chosen to provide your own print file (No Design Service) please refer to the appropriate template for layout / measurements. Print-Ready files should only be uploaded in .pdf format – other file types such as .jpeg, .png, Word Files, etc. will not be accepted.
- If you are providing files to be used as part of a design that MegaPrint is creating (Let MegaPrint Design) you may upload the file types you have available. Please refer to the artwork guidelines for information on how to submit the best possible files.
- Large files may take a while to upload, do not refresh the page or navigate to another page during the upload process.
- If you experience trouble uploading your file or receive an error message you may email your file after checkout. Proceed with placing your order as normal and you may respond to the emailed order confirmation with your attachment, or send artwork to orders@megaprintga.com referencing your order number in the subject line.
- If emailing your file:
- If you are providing a file for a new order or an order you have placed online you may send artwork to orders@megaprintga.com referencing your order number (if applicable) or customer name in the subject line.
- If you have chosen to provide your own print file (No Design Service) please refer to the appropriate template for layout / measurements. Print-Ready files should only be uploaded in .pdf format – other file types such as .jpeg, .png, Word Files, etc. will not be accepted.
- If you are providing files to be used as part of a design that MegaPrint is creating (Let MegaPrint Design) you may upload the file types you have available. Please refer to the artwork guidelines for information on how to submit the best possible files.
- While we will accept artwork with borders, they are not recommended due to slight variations / shifts when cutting.
- If you must use a border please make sure that the border adheres to required bleed / safe print margins for your product
- Larger borders may trim more accurately than smaller / thinner borders.
- #20 Bond (Economy)
- Thin, plain Paper Stock.
- Most Commonly used for Notepads, Forms & Flyers.
- #60 Uncoated Text (Economy Plus)
- Thicker economy paper.
- Commonly used for Notepads, Forms, Flyers & Letterhead.
- #100 Text (Standard)
- Coated Paper Stock
- Commonly used for Flyers, Mailers, Inserts & Booklets.
- #100 Cardstock (Standard)
- Thicker than Standard Text-Weight Paper.
- Offers Rigidity/durability.
- Commonly used for Invitations, Mailers, Postcards etc.
- 12pt Coated 1 Side Cardstock (Standard Plus)
- Thick & coated on one side/uncoated on the other.
- Commonly used for Mailers, Postcards, Notecards etc.
- 14pt Coated Cardstock (Premium)
- Thick & coated.
- Offers more rigidity/durability than #100.
- Commonly used for Invitations, Mailers, Postcards etc.
- Gloss
- Coated stock, ideal for print with lots of color, photos and graphics print.
- Silk
- Coated stock with a dull sheen similar to Satin/Matte stocks.
- Offers a more low-profile touch to your colors and graphics.
- Uncoated
- Easiest to write on and ideal for cards with write-in fields.
- Coated 1-Side (C1S)
- Coated on 1 side and uncoated on the other.
- Ideal for pieces that need to be printed or written on while having a coated side for full-color graphics.

- Additions to your order such as shipping, postage, or additional graphics work will be added to your final invoice.
- Rush fees (as applicable) are not included in any online pricing unless otherwise stated (Approximate standard turnarounds noted are included in the pricing).
- We offer free delivery to business addresses in Hall County, Georgia (Residential addresses, and locations outside this delivery area may be shipped to at an additional cost).
- Pickup from our location is available Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm.
- Shipping via UPS is available upon request (some items may qualify for “flat rate shipping” – see options in checkout).
